Welcome to the Historic Southwest Neighborhood Association (HSNA) website. We are located in Rochester, MN and formed out of a need to address issues impacting our neighborhood that could not easily be done by any one individual. Our primary charter is to preserve the old neighborhood feeling that comes from being as old as the city itself. The HSNA  comprises homes, small businesses, churches, Soldier's Field Memorial park, apartments and part of downtown Rochester, including portions of the Mayo Clinic.  It is one of the 5 core neighborhood associations bordering downtown Rochester.

The HSNA holds regular meetings that are open to the public.  Please check out the meetings link for detailed meeting times and subjects. We will make every effort to document meetings and decisions that come from those meetings here on the web. Anyone living in or owning property within the HSNA is invited to attend. Check the boundaries link to see where we are located and if you live within our boundaries.

We will be adding additional content to this site so please visit it again.

Next Neighborhood Meeting will be June 5th.
